GINGER GARLIC CHICKEN TIKKA
1kg chicken breast 5g turmeric
80g garlic and ginger paste 40g diced fresh ginger
10g salt 60g kebab paste
20g vinegar 60g kebab pickle
40g vinegar oil 2g kasoori methi
Slice chicken breast into 3-4 large pieces then add all ingredients together, mixing well. Leave to marinade for a minimum of 2 hours, then roast or chargrill.
